In Japan, the shortage of technical talent is becoming increasingly serious due to factors such as fewer young people entering on-site roles and a decline in technical high schools.
Meanwhile, overseas there are many young people highly motivated to work in electrical and facilities fields. For these candidates, we provide education programs that teach Japanese culture, safety awareness, and quality standards.
Through local training, we support them in acquiring the knowledge and professional etiquette required to work in Japan.
